We have passed the ISO9001:2015 quality system certification, EN3834-2 welding quality system certification, EN1090-2/3 steel and aluminum structure welding quality system certification.
Moreover in line with the EN12811, EN12810, AS1576, AS1577 standard issued by the German TUV certification authority. And also have reached a number of test standards for scaffolding products in the EU,such as loading, and welding penetration.
Our equipment can meet the production of all kinds of scaffolding products. The full automatic production capacity of most products has been realized with advanced and complete automatic production equipment. Meanwhile, galvanizing equipment have been invested, and the surface treatment galvanizing of all products will be operated by ourselves. In 2017, the R&D center was established, and 5 invention patents and 14 utility patents were obtained. 13 invention patents have been authorized, and the new products and molds involved are independently developed and produced by ourselves, thus solved the difficult situation of new product development.
